The "In Celebration of Excellence" award embodies the spirits, admiration and appreciation of people and their hopes, dreams, challenges and victories; it is a testimony in and of itself; it hails the one who rose to the challenges, who overcame the obstacles, and who excels to found a good for a greater purpose through of a life of exemplary devotion to God, family and humankind.

A book filled with photos and personal notes from family and friends of Hal Dorf will be presented to Hal at the conclusion of the tribute during the awards ceremony.
